The outside of the rug is made of polyester microfiber and the yarn in this fabric was sanded to create a cotton feel. The inside of the quilt is made from Kentucky’s very popular synthetic rabbit fur. This makes the under rug very comfortable for the horse to wear. This is a perfect rug to use if you want to keep your horse warm and comfortable at the same time and is recommended for horses with sensitive skin or those that are clipped.
