Sheepskin Half Pad PMS Jumping – Natural

An incredibly soft saddle pad for jumping saddles from EA Mattes in black quilt and natural-colored genuine sheepskin.

The saddle pad is “spine-free”, which means that it has a channel along the spine and is lined with sheepskin. When you use the saddle pad, the friction is minimal, which makes it suitable for horses with sensitive backs or who easily get chafed. Also helps to fill up if the saddle is too big.

This saddle pad comes with EA Matte’s “PM System”, which means that it has holes in the front to attach the straps from the scraper bracket, so it has no straps of its own. It lies still on the horse’s back even if you do not have any straps on the scabbard either or if you use the saddle pad independently.

The saddle pad also has holes at the top for the “Saddle Fix System”, if you wish to attach the saddle pad to the saddle. Sold separately.

This model fits jump saddles.

Washing instructions:
Mattes schabrak stays nice longer if they are washed often.
Machine wash, fine wash 30 degrees, with Matte’s special detergent MELP for lambskin products.
Choose extra water if possible. Do not use plasticizers and preferably not other detergents for lambskin.
Normal spin
Dry cold or max 30 degrees, or dry out in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight.

For easier cleaning:
Brush lightly with the rough side of a kitchen sponge (Scotch Brite). Do not brush with a brush, it wears.
